PRIVATE LABEL
The Sapaf Research, Design and Development department works on developing, designing and producing Private Label collections for clients who have a registered trademark and a good distribution network and want to enhance their collections with high quality, completely Made in Italy leather goods. This department offers a highly skilled staff supported by high-tech instruments, able to respond to any specific request.
Today, the company has about 30 specialized employees, covering the entire production cycle.
In addition, thanks to the provision of advanced technologies, a high quality standard is ensured as well as a perfect time to market.
1. Research
Starting from the client’s idea, we look for the best materials and the best techniques to create the requested collection.
2. Design
Once the feasibility study is approved, the pattern-making department begins its work, first by designing the items with a CAD-CAM system, and then making the paper patterns and prototypes.
3. Development
The prototype department creates items with selected materials, maintaining ongoing client communication to ensure the final product meets expectations, and produces the first sample collection for exhibitions.
4. Production
“Last but not least” starts the real manufacturing. Sapaf offers a facility that turns out approximately up to one thousand handbags per month. Once manufacturing is completed, an appropriate in-house quality control and logistics service is provided.
